I enjoyed the cute rooftop terrace with stunning views and live Arabic music that set a wonderful atmosphere during the evenings. Breakfast offered a variety of tasty options with a great view of downtown. Crazy George, who hung out in the lobby, was such a gem—he helped with local tips and went out of his way to assist when our rental car had issues. However, the room had its downsides. it felt a bit unkempt, with dust lingering under the bed and some equipment, like the toilet, not functioning properly. Plus, the noise from the nearby mosque was an early morning wake-up call at 4:30 AM. These inconsistencies made my stay a mixed bag, but the staff's hospitality and the lively atmosphere helped balance things out.

The location was very nice, just steps away from iconic sights like the Roman Theatre. I loved the rooftop café with its amazing food and soothing live music that enhanced my dining experience. We had an amazing experience at the hotel, especially during the traditional Palestinian nights with music and dance, which kept our kids entertained! A special shoutout to Crazy George, who went above and beyond to help us with local tips and transport. We stayed with our seven children and found the atmosphere welcoming and exciting.

I stayed in the Deluxe Double or Twin Room with City View for 3 nights. The view from the room overlooking the Roman theater was wonderful. The room itself was spacious and clean, making the stay really enjoyable. But I did notice a bit of dust under the bed, which was kind of a bummer. Overall, the comfort was decent, but a few small details could be improved.
